First of all, a big hello to you from us, Hijack Media.
We make nice stuff, and as we have spoken before, we thought it's about time we catch up! Our main focus is on digital ads, as you probably already know. What you may not know however, is some of the awesome new projects we have worked on recently. We like them, and we hope you do too!
back to the future
Back to the Future
This year marked the 25th anniversary of the film Back to the Future. Hijack were commissioned to create an ad for Future Publishing which was featured on the Total Film site.
Hijack purchased a model of the Delorean car (£12.50 from Amazon!) to recreate the iconic film scene where Marty Mcfly hits 88mph to shoot back to 1955. Click here to go back in time.
New Arrivals
Hijack would like to welcome and introduce a few new recruites to the team. Ben Hutton is currently doing a years work placement as our resident techie. Monica Mey and Kelly Larson have joined us for a few months all the way from the USA - go team America. They are currently working in our creative team. Niki Claridge has joined as an awesome digital designer from creative agency Libertine. Daisy Millman is gaining valuable work experience helping out the creative team.  
Kia BlackBerry Made in Dagenham
The Reasonably Brilliant Driving Game. Hijack designed and built a Kia Ceed microsite and flash game for BBC Top Gear. RIM used our editorial hijack to promote the release of its new phone - The BlackBerry Torch. Hijack created a mini microsite with an expanding ad, which contained multiple features for Time Out. The Made in Dagenham ad featured the movie trailer, gallery, synopsis and time line.
Christmas Event
The festive season is fast upon us, and Hijack has teamed up with events organisation Eliminator Expo to host a fantastic Christmas Event on 10th December 2010. Featuring Live Music, and live comedy from Reginald D Hunter and Jarred Christmas to keep you in the Christmas spirits as well as specials guests.
